ABOUT KARLYN
Accredited Rebirthing Breathwork Practitioner, Doula, Birth/Post Natal Support

Karlyn trained as a professional Breathwork practitioner in Australia to government accredited standards. As a Doula, she trained in Scotland with Birth Consultancy.

Her background includes management, team building and training.  She has also trained in Reiki, Crystal Therapy and Massage. Yoga and meditation are a constant in her life. All of these elements add depth to her technique and practice.

She is involved in leading breathwork organizations, currently serving as treasurer of the British Rebirth Society and UK  National Coordinator for the International Breathwork Foundation. These organizations are dedicated to maintaining high professional standards with a heart-centered approach to breathwork in the UK and internationally. She is also a member of the Scottish Doula Network.

As a Breathworker, her intention is to share the beauty and power of the breath within a safe and supportive environment. As a Doula, she supports women and families through  pregnancy, birth and the post natal period.
